okay so i just got an email from youtube saying that one of my videos has become popular and i am eligible for the partnership program.

so there’s this link that will submit my video for inspection.
during the tutorial i had to make a google adsense account? do i have too?
when will they notify me if i get my youtube parrtnership?

I have heard a lot of people talk about the two of these. Do you have to be selling something to use them on your website? Can you use them on a site like angelfire or Geocities..the ones that are free? I have also heard you have to pay for Google Adsense…or pay for the clicks..?? I do not have that much of an understanding on this. Can someone help me? Is there any free information on this?
