Adsense Advice

If you’ve watched the progress of Google Adsense over the past few years you will know its potential has decreased and subsequently the revenue decrease too. So why would that be?

Google have tweaked their algorithm, and as such it has reduced the remarkable payouts we may have seen and read about. Rather than try to identify the exact reasons, it is widely accepted that people who abused the system caused Google to adjust their methods to quash such abuse.

We’re not talking about strangers here. For the strangers that visit your site, your content will have to do all the talking for you. But for the people in your daily life, the ones you want to click on your referral button, the ones you want to read and comment on your blog; these are the ones you want to be able to enlighten about the Google Adsense program.

In order to find out the Max CPC and Avg CPC for Google Adsense, you’d have to login to your Google Adwords account. Then, set up a sample ad campaign (just don’t run it) just to find out by trial & error what keywords are high-paying. The Max CPC is the max cost per click the advertiser is willing to pay but eventually ends up paying significantly less most of the time. Is the Avg CPC about the cost the advertiser does actually pay to Google (publisher of Adsense gets a percentage of this.)?

Also, I have supposedly found some high paying keywords from list and tried to type them into Adwords, but the Max & Avg CPC are significantly lower. What’s going on? Are these Max & Avg CPC that Google displays even closely accurate?

Last month I submitted an application to Google to be considered for their AdSense program. After confirming my e-mail address, almost immediately I was invited to place ads on my website.
Within hours I began to accumulate some data on pageviews and click-throughs and could see what my month-to-date total was. I was impressed.

Click Happy Adsense Keywords Exposed

Many people sell expensive lists of keywords that are supposed to make you tons of cash for each click. Before you run out and buy one of those keyword lists, I want to ask you a question.

Would you rather buy a list of keywords that pays you $25 per click, but only get you 1 click a day ($25 profit per day), or would you rather get a free list of click happy keywords that you can easily find yourself and get paid $4 a click, but get 50 clicks a day ($200 profit per day)?

what are some tips on starting a website with google adsense?

i am willing to create good articles, but which topics would get lots of views and which ones would get lots of clicks on the ads?

If you want a blog and want to make money with your blog quickly, then you should look into wordpress adsense templates.

Blog have become very popular in recent years and are very popular with search engines including google. You can get a wordpress blog setup at wordpress.com and its free, or you can setup your own wordpress blog on your own site. I tend to choose to have my blog hosted on my own hosting plan so I have control over my blog.

After you get your domain name, look for a quality web host that allows you cpanel access. Once you are logged in to to your cpanel, click on the fantastico button and you can install wordpress in a matter of minutes with just a few clicks of the mouse. Yes, it is that easy and even a caveman could do it.

I’ve checked out a lot of info on both of these tools and I’m leaning towards (the online) WordPress but there are a couple things:
- I think WordPress don’t allow me to put on adsense but reserve the right to put their own adsense on my blog. With Google, I can put on adsesnse..??
- Google’s blogger doesn’t have tags/categories??
